Choose a Delivery Address where you are sure that there will always be someone available to accept your package. The cost for a second delivery attempt will have to be supported by you.
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to us, it is probably due to an incorrect address thus making it impossible to deliver to the recipient, hence it is undeliverable.
If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Skypro experience. If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange your order, you have 60 days, from the original shipping date, in which to do so. We offer Free Returns for orders above 75€ for countries located in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Liechenstein, Chanel Islands and Canary Islands. We do not offer free returns for products in our Outlet section.
We do not accept returns and exchanges of underwear products.
HOW TO RETURN OR REPLACE YOUR ORDER
Access "My Account" from our website (top right corner) and click on " History and details of my orders ". Choose the order and select the items you'd like to return. Don't forget that the items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Click on "Return" or "Replace" and follow the instructions. Print your return slip from the order details and attach it to the original packaging. Remove all other shipping labels and seal the box.

DHL will pick up your item(s) at the delivery address. Contact the local DHL customer service and arrange the pickup date.
Merchandise must be unworn, and in its original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise considering it meets the guidelines below:
Worn Merchandise: WEARSKYPRO.COM does NOT ACCEPT worn merchandise. Customers must verify if the received merchandise is in accordance with the order specifications. We do not accept returns after products have been worn.
Unworn Merchandise: Includes brand-new, unused and unworn item(s) in the original packaging (original box or bag) and with the original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if said items exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received.
Defective Merchandise: Includes any items that exhibit damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color or style.
