Do you accept international credit cards?
Wearskypro.com accepts payments with international credit cards as long as they are issued by and contain a logo from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Electron.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Skypro assures you that your payment can be securely made in accordance with the international standards of online payment. Your credit card number is entered on a secure page hosted by our bank and therefore external to our site. No credit card number is recorded or visible during the payment on our site. We have no access to your payment information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Skypro accepts worldwide payments through PayPal or credit/ debit card. Bankwire payment is available to Customers from Germany

Delivery & Returns

I want to return my purchase, how can I do this?
  • Access "My Account" on our website (top right-hand corner) and click on "History and details of my orders ". Choose the order and select the items you'd like to return. Don't forget that the items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
    If you're located in an EU country, Norway, Switzerland, Liechenstein, Chanel Islands or Canary Islands If you're located in a Non-EU country
    DHL will pick up your item(s) at the delivery address. Contact the local DHL customer service and arrange the pickup date.

    Send your package using your local Post service to the following address:

  • Click on "Return" or "Replace" and follow the instructions.
  • Print your return slip from the order details and attach it to the original packaging.
  • Remove all other shipping labels and seal the box.
Merchandise must be unworn, and in its original packaging.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Skypro allows for replacements of unworn products. Please follow our return process and select the “Replace” option. When we receive the returned products, a voucher will be generated so you can place a new order.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 8 days after the return has been approved.
I’m from a country from outside European Union. How can I return a purchase?

Skypro accepts backorders and ensures a delivery time of 2-4 weeks for products that are out of stock.
