SKYPRO offers free delivery for purchases above $79 to United States customers.

*Delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by third parties, such as delays in customs, and those beyond SKYPRO’s control.

Note:

  • Please ensure that the Delivery Address is completed correctly.

  • Choose a Delivery Address where you are sure that there will always be someone available to accept your package. The cost for a second delivery attempt, if any, will have to be paid by you.

  • To track your package, please access “My Account” (from the top right corner of our website) and then "Order History." Select the order you wish to track.

  • If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or building manager, for example. Packages are occasionally left with them or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

  • If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to SKYPRO, it is probably due to an incorrect address, thus making it impossible to deliver to the recipient. The package is therefore considered to be undeliverable. 

  • If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SKYPRO experience. If, for any reason, you want to return your order, you have 7 days, from the original shipping date, in which to do so. You are solely responsible for the cost  of shipping and handling the returned product.

All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at info@wearskypro.com.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your acount, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.

Exchanges. We do not accept any product exchanges

HOW TO RETURN OR REPLACE YOUR ORDER

  • Access "My Account" from our website (top right corner) and click on "History and details of my orders." Choose the order and select the items you'd like to return. Don't forget that the items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Click on "Return" and follow the instructions.

  • Print your return slip (RMA) and attach it to the original packaging.

  • Remove all other shipping labels and seal the box.

Merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise. Please refer to the guidelines below:

  1. Worn Merchandise: WEARSKYPRO.COM does NOT ACCEPT worn merchandise. Customers must verify if the received merchandise is in accordance with the order specifications. We do not accept returns after products have been worn.

  2. Unworn Merchandise: Includes brand new, unused and unworn item(s) in the original packaging (original box or bag) and with the original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if said items exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received.

  3. Defective Merchandise: Includes any items that exhibit damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color or style.
