DELIVERY

SKYPRO offers free delivery for purchases above 200€ to all European countries* by DHL and Flat Rate of 30€ to all other countries.

Delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by third parties, such as delays in customs, and those beyond SKYPRO’s control.

Note:

  • Please make sure that the Delivery Address is properly filled in.
  • Choose a Delivery Address where you are sure that there will always be someone available to accept your package. The cost for a second delivery attempt will have to be supported by you.
  • Please see the My Account by clicking "Order History" and selecting the appropriate order listed.
  • If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to us, it is probably due to an incorrect address thus making it impossible to deliver to the recipient, hence it is undeliverable.
  • If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.




Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Skypro experience. If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange your order, you have 60 days, from the original shipping date, in which to do so.

Returns conditions:

  • Free Returns for orders above 200€ for countries located in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Liechenstein, Chanel Islands.
  • Items purchased in the Outlet section do not qualify for Free Returns.
  • We do not accept returns and exchanges of underwear products
  • Free cancellation until time of shipment

HOW TO RETURN OR REPLACE YOUR ORDER

  • Access "My Account" from our website (top right corner) and click on " History and details of my orders ". Choose the order and select the items you'd like to return. Don't forget that the items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Click on "Return" or "Replace" and follow the instructions. Print your return slip from the order details and attach it to the original packaging. Remove all other shipping labels and seal the box.




Payments and Security

We assure you that your payment can be securely made in accordance with the international standards of online payment.

Your credit card number is entered on a secure page hosted by our bank and therefore external to our site. No credit card number is recorded, or even visible during the payment on our site. We have no access to your payment information.

All payment will be deducted from your account using the EURO (EUR) (€) as currency. It is very important that you understand that once you’ve decided to select this payment method, your account will be debited in EUROS, regardless of the currency you were using when browsing SKYPRO Shoes and when you place your order with us.

Skypro has agreements with some airlines in order to get special deals for their crew's. If you work for an airline, please contact info@wearskypro.com to check if there are any available vouchers. Please note that these vouchers can't be used to purchase items on our “Discount / Outlet / Black Friday” sections and do not accumulate with any active promotions.
How do I update information to my current account?
Login at www.wearskypro.com and access the “My Account” menu on the top right-hand corner. You can update your personal information any time.
I made a mistake with my order. How can I change it?
Please contact our customer service at info@wearskypro.com. They will be able to update your order.
I don't work for an airline company. Can I order online?
Although Skypro products are developed for airline professionals, we accept orders from other industries and from singular customers that don’t work for airline companies.
